Yes. Every module — Welfare Fund, Salary, Reports, and more — has its own on/off switch, so your madrasa only sees what it actually uses.

No. Parents can log in from any phone's browser at your madrasa's web address. They can also use the MadarsaHub app: enter your madrasa's code once (or scan its QR) and sign in with the login details your madrasa gave them. Only people from a madrasa that uses MadarsaHub can sign in.
