These Terms of Use govern your use of MadarsaHub: the website, the web app, and the Android app. By using MadarsaHub you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

MadarsaHub is madrasa management software: attendance, fees, salaries, income and expenses, student progress, exams, notifications, and related tools. Madaris that subscribe get their own space and web address. Their staff, teachers, students, and parents can sign in on the web or in the MadarsaHub app using the madrasa's code and the login details the madrasa gives them. Only people connected to a madrasa that uses MadarsaHub can sign in.

Accounts and login details

  • Your madrasa creates and manages accounts. Keep your login details and your madrasa's code private, and do not share them with people who should not have access.
  • The Mohtamim (head) of a madrasa is responsible for the accounts and roles it creates and for what its users do in the madrasa's space.
  • If you think someone else has used your account, tell your madrasa straight away. A madrasa can change its code from Settings; the old code then stops working.

What madaris are responsible for

  • Entering accurate information, and having the right to enter the information about students, guardians, and staff that it puts into the service, including any permission needed from guardians.
  • Deciding which role can see or change what, and keeping those settings appropriate.
  • The content of the announcements and notifications it sends.
  • Using the financial, attendance, progress, and zakat-related features only as record-keeping tools. They are not accounting, legal, or religious advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • try to access another madrasa's data or any account that is not yours;
  • copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service or its security;
  • upload harmful code, or unlawful, abusive, or misleading content;
  • use the service to harass anyone or in any way that breaks the law;
  • overload or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions and payment

Madaris may try MadarsaHub first at no cost. After that, use of the service is subject to the plan and price agreed with the madrasa. If a subscription expires or payment is not received, access may be limited or paused until it is renewed. Refunds, if any, follow what was agreed with the madrasa.

Your data and our software

A madrasa owns the information it puts into MadarsaHub. It gives us permission to store and process that information only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). MadarsaHub, its software, design, name, and logo belong to us; these Terms do not give you ownership of them. On request, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a madrasa with a copy of its data.

Availability and changes

We work to keep MadarsaHub available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve, change, or remove features, and carry out maintenance, with notice where practical.

Disclaimer

MadarsaHub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we give no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Please keep your own copies of important records, such as printed reports.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, MadarsaHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, or reputation, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the madrasa paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken, if the use puts the service or other users at risk, or if a subscription ends. A madrasa may stop using the service at any time. Parts of these Terms that by their nature should continue, such as ownership and liability, continue after access ends.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use MadarsaHub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Pakistan.
