📋 Overview
The Dashboard is what opens first when a Mohtamim or Nazim logs in. Instead of digging through separate pages, it pulls this month's most important numbers into one screen — so a problem (like unusually low attendance, or fees falling behind) is visible immediately, not discovered days later.
🗂️ Understanding the Cards
Each card on the Dashboard covers this current month, and tapping most of them takes you straight to that module for more detail:
- Income & Expenses — this month's totals, and the balance between them.
- Total Staff & Total Students — a live headcount, updated the moment someone is added or their status changes.
- Fees Collected & Pending — how much has come in this month, and how much is still owed.
- New Admissions — how many students joined this month.
- Balance — income minus expenses for the month; shown in red when expenses are running ahead of income.
- Today's Absent Students and Most Absent This Month — the two numbers most worth checking daily, since they're usually the first sign something needs following up on.
📣 Posting an Announcement
The banner at the top of the Dashboard is also where announcements go out to staff and parents.
- Tap New Announcement (نیا اعلان).
- Type the message. An expiry date is optional — set one and the announcement removes itself automatically once it passes, so old notices never linger.
- It appears immediately on every staff member's Dashboard, and on every parent's own portal.
💡 Good To Know
A Teacher's Dashboard only shows what's relevant to them — not the whole madrasa's finances. Role-based access is covered on the Staff & Roles page.
