Income

Every source of income your madrasa receives, categorized clearly — so it's always obvious where the month's money actually came from.

📈 Overview

The Income page shows this month's total, broken down by category — Zakat, Fitrana, Sadaqah, Donations, Admission Fees, Student Fees (pulled in automatically from the Fees page), and Other Income.

Recording an Entry

  1. Tap Add Entry (اندراج شامل کریں).
  2. Choose the category, enter the amount and date, and add the donor's name if you'd like it on record.
  3. Save. It's included in this month's total and in Reports immediately.

🏷️ Income Categories

Student Fees and Admission Fees fill in automatically from their own pages — you never enter those here manually. Everything else (Zakat, Fitrana, Sadaqah, Donations, Other Income) is entered directly on this page.

💡 Good To Know

If your madrasa also collects Zakat or Sadaqah specifically to redistribute to needy families (rather than for madrasa expenses), that's better tracked on the separate Welfare Fund page — it keeps that money's remaining balance visible on its own.
