What a parent or student actually sees when they log in themselves — their own attendance, progress, fees, and announcements.
Once you generate a student's or guardian's login credentials (from the Students page), they can log in directly — at their own subdomain address, in either Urdu or English — and see their own information without ever needing to contact the madrasa office for it.
A student sees their own attendance history, their Sabaq/Sabqi/Manzil progress record, and their fee status — paid and pending months, clearly marked.
A guardian sees the same information as a student would, but for whichever of their children they're currently viewing — attendance, progress, and fees, all from one login.
If a guardian has more than one child at your madrasa, a switcher appears at the top of their portal — tapping it instantly changes the whole screen to show that other child's information, without logging out and back in.
