Progress Tracking

Sabaq, Sabqi, and Manzil, recorded down to the Para, Surah, and Ayat — a real academic record, not just a checkbox.

📖 Overview

This is where a Hifz or Nazira teacher records what a student actually studied that day — not just that they showed up. Three kinds of entries are tracked separately: Sabaq (the new lesson), Sabqi (yesterday's revision), and Manzil (long-term revision).

✍️ Recording Today's Entry

  1. Open the student's daily record from their class list.
  2. Choose which type of entry you're recording — Sabaq, Sabqi, or Manzil.
  3. Enter the Para, Surah, and Ayat range covered.
  4. Save. It's added to that student's permanent academic record immediately.

📝 Mistake & Hesitation Notes

Alongside the Para/Surah/Ayat detail, a teacher can add a short note about mistakes made or where a student hesitated — useful context for both the teacher next time, and for the parent watching their child's progress.

📊 Viewing a Student's History

Every entry ever recorded for a student stays on their profile, in order — so anyone can see their entire journey through the Quran, not just the most recent lesson.

💡 Good To Know

A parent or student can see this same record from their own login — it's the same detail a teacher enters, no separate report needed.
