Classes

Set up as many classes as your madrasa actually runs — Hifz, Nazira, Qaida, or regular school subjects — and assign a teacher to each.

📋 Overview

A class in MadarsaHub is any group of students that gets taught, and takes attendance, together — this covers traditional Quran classes as much as it covers a regular school subject, if your madrasa teaches both. Each class shows its student count and assigned teacher at a glance.

Creating a Class

  1. Tap Add Class (کلاس شامل کریں).
  2. Name the class (e.g. Qaida, Hifz, or a school subject like Urdu or Math).
  3. Set its time-slot, if it runs at a fixed time each day.
  4. Save. Students are then assigned to it individually from the Students page.

🧑‍🏫 Assigning a Teacher

Tap the teacher dropdown on any class and pick from your existing staff — only accounts with a Teacher role appear here. The assigned teacher gets access to mark attendance and record progress for that class specifically.

💡 Good To Know

A teacher not yet added to Staff won't appear in the dropdown — add them from the Staff & Roles page first.
