Staff & Roles

👥 Overview

Staff (عملہ) covers everyone who works at your madrasa with their own login — teachers, the Nazim, and anyone else helping run things. Each entry shows their role, assigned class (if a teacher), salary, and current status.

➕ Adding a Staff Member

1. Tap Add Staff (عملہ شامل کریں).
2. Enter their name, email, and role.
3. If they're a Teacher, assign them to a class (or leave unassigned and do it later from the Classes page).
4. Set their monthly salary.
5. Save. Their login is created automatically, ready to share.

🛡️ Understanding Roles

1. Mohtamim — full access to everything, including settings and customization.
2. Nazim — day-to-day administrative access — students, fees, staff, reports — but not the deeper settings.
3. Teacher — only their own assigned class: marking attendance, recording progress, and their own students' details.

⏸️ Suspending & Reactivating

If someone leaves or is temporarily away, suspend their account instead of deleting it — their past records (attendance they marked, progress they recorded) stay exactly as they were. Reactivate any time to restore their login.
