⚙️ Overview

Settings is only visible to the Mohtamim, and it's where your madrasa's copy of MadarsaHub gets shaped to fit how you actually work, rather than a one-size-fits-all layout.

🚦 Feature Flags

Every module — Welfare Fund, Salary, Reports, and others — has its own on/off switch. A madrasa that doesn't handle Zakat separately, for example, can turn off Welfare Fund entirely, and it simply disappears from the sidebar for everyone.

🎨 Branding & Colors

1. Upload your madrasa's own logo.
2. Pick a theme color — it's used throughout your madrasa's screens, on the web and in the app.
3. Set your madrasa's name, address, and contact number — this appears on every printed report and receipt.

📱 MadarsaHub App Code

Your madrasa has its own code, shown in Settings next to a QR code. Send it to your staff, teachers, and parents: they open the MadarsaHub app, enter the code once — or scan the QR, which fills it in for them — and then sign in to your madrasa. Tap the copy icon beside the code to copy it in one tap. Use Generate New Code only if the old one should stop working: it stops immediately, and anyone who hasn't entered it yet will need the new one.
